Delicious No Bake Peanut Butter Cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup protein powder

  • A splash of maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Get your cupcake tin or silicone dish out.

  2. Mix 1 cup chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons coconut oil. Microwave in increments of 30 seconds and stir between. (I only did mine twice.)

  3. Fill molds with half the chocolate and put in the freezer.

  4. Mix 1 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup protein powder, and a splash of maple syrup (or not; it'll still be good).

  5. Put the peanut butter mixture into molds. Top with the rest of the chocolate. And back into the freezer for at least 20-30 minutes. The more time in the freezer, the more frozen it will be! :D (I may sprinkle salt on top next time).
